Adoption Type + Package Tier
Foxboy Den listings use a two-axis system. Adoption type explains the ownership structure and certificate type. Package tier explains the private asset bundle delivered after purchase. This keeps exclusivity and included files from getting tangled together like headphone cords in a fox pocket.

Usage Rights
What buyers can and cannot do after adopting a Foxboy Den character.
Allowed
What buyers can do
- Use the adopted character for personal art, roleplay, icons, profile pages, character archives, and personal stories.
- Change the character’s name, pronouns, personality, backstory, relationships, and lore after adoption.
- Create or commission new human-made artwork of the adopted character.
- Make small design adjustments for personal use, as long as the original adopted design remains recognizable.
- Display the character on personal websites, Toyhouse-style profiles, social media, and private collections with credit to Foxboy Den when practical.
Not Allowed
What buyers cannot do
- Do not use the character, artwork, reference files, previews, or design materials for AI training, AI datasets, AI image generation, AI character generation, or machine-learning tools.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or share the private high-quality files as asset packs, bases, templates, or downloadable resources.
- Do not claim the original Foxboy Den artwork, base design, or adoptable concept as your own creation.
- Do not use the adopted character for commercial products, merchandise, branding, games, books, comics, music projects, or monetized content unless commercial rights are granted separately.
- Do not mint, tokenize, or sell the character or artwork as NFTs, blockchain assets, or similar digital collectibles.
Fine Print, But Friendlier
General Policy Notes
Commercial rights are separate
Commercial use is not included unless a listing explicitly says so. This includes merchandise, branding, game assets, monetized comics, VTuber or streaming brand identity, business mascots, album branding, or other revenue-generating uses.
Ask before transferring
Buyers should not resell, trade, or transfer an adopted design unless the listing allows it or permission is granted. If resale is allowed, the design should not be resold for more than the original purchase price unless additional commissioned artwork or value has been added.
Private files stay private
Delivered high-quality files are for the adopter’s personal use. Preview images, private files, certificates, references, and packaged artwork should not be redistributed as downloadable resources, bases, templates, or asset packs.
